An engagement opens with a portfolio gap diagnostic - a scoped read of your existing schedule and cost data, trade by trade, tower by tower, project by project, with cross-project patterns included. Bounded in scope, delivered within weeks of data handoff.

What you receive

  • 01A ranked exposure brief - every drifting trade across the scoped projects, ranked by rupee exposure, focused on the findings that require attention first.
  • 02Cost-of-delay quantification per trade - what each delay costs and how it compounds.
  • 03Root cause per finding - whether the trade is waiting on a predecessor or simply running slow.
  • 04Cross-project pattern analysis - the same trade drifting across multiple projects is a contractor signal, not a site signal.

The diagnostic is designed to stand alone.

How it continues

What follows is shaped by the diagnostic's findings. Monthly cadence, aligned to your own review meetings: previous findings tracked - better, worse, or stalled - alongside new findings as fresh schedule data arrives. The engagement broadens to more projects and deepens into workforce and productivity dimensions as confidence is established.

Data required01

A standard schedule export (any format - Asta, MS Project, Primavera) and the bill of quantities are the only inputs required. No system access, no process change, no data preparation.

Data handling02

Client schedule and cost data is used solely for the purpose of the engagement it was provided for. Data is not shared with any third party.
